Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou born Beaumont, the French city of Puy-deDomme on August 9, 1976. Audrey is the largest child in a family of four. At a young age, her dentist surgeon parents and her teacher mother encouraged her passion of theatre and drama. This passion that trumps her first desire to become a an animal scientist. Her rise to fame as a young actress was quick and marked by early success. It was only in 1999, after which she began acting professionally. In the years following her studies, Tautou participated in the French talent scouting television programme Jeunes Premiers. Tautou was born into a Catholic family and attended religious services, despite having was a student in school at the Institut Catholique de Paris. She pursued a modelling career alongside her acting career and is the model for L'Oreal Mont Blanc and Chanel frequently referred to as the Chanel Muse. Her photography is also a hobby and she has recently displayed her work in the Arles festival under the name Superficial. In her photographs, she concentrates on fame and the spotlight. The camera's focus is at journalists, who sat and watched her rise to fame in Amelie. Audrey Tautou rose to fame and acclaim with her big role in Le Fabuleux Destin of Amelie Poulain. Amelie was a global success at the box office and also won numerous awards across all over the world. It's the largest French film in the history of French language to be made in the US. After this film's success, Tautou appeared in many films that ranged from British dramas such as Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things to Jean-Pierre Jeunet's film Un long Sunday de fiancailles, and then he moved into Hollywood under the direction of Ron Howard of The Da Vinci Code, a Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code with Tom Hanks.
